Job Summary

Management and execution of the eCommerce strategy, including website performance, UX, developing and implementing campaigns, operations and reporting. The eCommerce manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

- Manage and execute the eCommerce growth strategy leveraging technology and data to drive revenue growth, conversion, customer retention and repeat purchase
- Coordinate the day to day running of eCommerce platforms, including website optimisation, UX, product management, sales operations and data analytics
- Partner and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to bring the ecommerce strategy to life including merchandising, tech/IT and sales teams.
- Manage website platforms and conversion optimisation, including UX, sales operations and data analytics
- Assist in image and copy requests, maintaining the image library, uploading products and marketing content
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns, collaborating with brand marketing teams
- Liaise with CRM Specialist on EDM briefing, planning and execution
- A/B testing, user experience analysis, and customer journey mapping
Liaise with key stakeholders (customer service, inventory, warehouse and sales) to align and support ecommerce activities
Work closely with demand planning and warehousing teams, developing sales forecasts based on analysis of historical data and market trends.
Analysis and reporting on performance metrics utlising tools and methodologies
