As the Head of Digital Marketing you will develop a digital marketing strategy that supports acquisition and retention, aligned to brand proposition and identity. With a creative, innovative and technical approach, you will build an all-encompassing go-to-market strategy, that brings a sense of cohesion across all brand and digital marketing initiatives.
- Development and execution of the organisations digital marketing strategy and ensure it is in alignment with the overall business vision and objectives
- Serve as a leader in digital, e-commerce, and marketing, guiding the ongoing development of various digital projects and offering strategic direction from concept inception to implementation.
- Define a social media and content marketing strategy and implement related programs that help drive the brand's reach and engagement with consumers.
- Define and implement a search engine marketing and optimisation strategy & program
- Champion a culture of marketing excellence by setting high standards and maintaining comprehensive oversight of all marketing channels, including but not limited to the website, social media, email, advertising, search, CRM, and brand management.
- Prioritise ongoing website optimisation to increase traffic and enhance acquisition, retention, and conversion efforts.
- Lead alongside the marketing management team, providing guidance, mentorship and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Capture and disseminate digital best practices across the organisation.
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, business or related field preferred
- Previous experience as a Head of Digital, Digital Marketing Manager, or in a similar leadership role within a digitally-focused environment.
- Demonstrate high proficiency across various digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to align digital initiatives with overarching business objectives.
- Strong people management experience, and the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Strong stakeholder management ability, and prior experience working with and presenting to Executive Teams
- A people-centric, collaborative, and innovative approach to marketing excellence.
