Are you a strategic marketing and sales leader ready to make a significant impact? Our client, a pioneering industry leader in managed rental services for over 60 years, partners with more than 40,000 businesses nationwide. As a global innovator, they set the benchmark for quality and reliability.

They are now seeking a Head of Marketing & Sales to take the reins of their national marketing and sales function. Reporting directly to the GM, this senior leadership role will drive customer acquisition and retention, craft compelling brand narratives, and execute high-impact marketing strategies across all channels and business touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:  
  • Strategic Leadership – Develop and execute a holistic marketing and sales strategy that enhances brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.

  • Campaign Management – Lead B2B multi-channel campaigns across digital, performance, content, CRM, social media, sales enablement, trade events, sponsorship, PR & corporate communications.
  • Customer Journey & Sales Enablement – Enhance the customer experience at every stage, from awareness to advocacy, equipping sales teams with the right tools and materials.

  • Data-Driven Growth – Use analytics to optimise lead generation, segment audiences effectively, and drive commercial performance.

  • Team Leadership – Mentor and develop a high-performing marketing and sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with operations, service, production, and L&D teams to ensure marketing aligns with business objectives.

  • Brand & Corporate Communications – Maintain brand consistency across all channels and amplify company success stories internally and externally.

  • Budget & Performance Management – Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring strategic allocation of resources and a strong ROI.
About You:  
  • Experience & Expertise  – 12+ years in B2B Acquisition, CX or Growth Marketing, with a track record of driving measurable results.

  • Data & Market Insights – Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to leverage data to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Leadership & Influence – Proven experience managing and mentoring teams, with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Customer-Centric Mindset – A deep understanding of the B2B customer journey and the ability to create targeted marketing initiatives.

  • Financial & Strategic Acumen – Experience managing marketing budgets and optimising channel distribution for maximum impact.

  • Tech-Savvy – Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms; experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly advantageous.

  • Education – A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
