This role helps shape how brands connect with audiences through social platforms, talent/influencer partnerships, and brand collaborations. As a key player in the strategy team, you'll be responsible for identifying cultural trends, leveraging influencers, crafting social-first strategies, identifying partnership opportunities and ensuring seamless execution across multiple channels.
Core Responsibilities:
Live and breathe pop culture and stay ahead of social trends
Obsess over social platforms and influencer ecosystems
Track and analyse influencer and content trends feeding insights into creative briefs
Work closely with Creative team injecting cultural relevance into concepts ensuring ideas are fit for platform
Develop comms strategies that harness social, talent and partnerships
Build and execute talent strategies, identifying the right influencers creators and celebrities
Lead talent negotiations, contracts and relationships, overseeing campaign rollouts managing talent throughout the process
Work closely with creative teams to ensure agency ideas leverage social and talent as core pillars
Identify brand collaboration and media partnership opportunities, unlocking unique ways to extend ideas

Skills/Experience needed:
6+ years of experience within the creative industry; including social (paid and organic), content, talent and influencers, brand and media partnerships, brand experience and PR
Intimate understanding of connections strategy including knowing how to leverage paid, earned, and owned assets within a campaign ecosystem
Brilliant at creating and delivering compelling social, talent and partnership presentations
Intimate knowledge of the key social platforms (Meta -Facebook & Instagram, Snap, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, etc.)
Experienced in working with celebs, creators and influencers from concepting to roll-out and able to balance the synchronicity between brand, talent, and audience
Strong time management skills with a proven ability to focus on priorities, solve problems, juggle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines as a trusted and well-respected team lead.
